Happy 3 Months Julia!

I cant believe our little girl is already 3 months! It is amazing to me how much you can love someone....what an awesome feeling!!!

Julia is such a good baby - Jay and I are so lucky. She started sleeping through the night at 8 weeks which was huge for us (for all of you who know me, I love my sleep!). My favorite part of the day is going to get her out of the crib in the morning.... She just looks up at me and gets the biggest smile on her face like we have not seen each other in so long!!!

She is eating between 6 - 8 ounces every 4 hours (I guess we will soon start giving her cereal). I am still pumping and giving her breastmilk in the bottle. It has worked out great so far. I was a little worried about working but my job is so flexible I can run to the office or home and pump every 4 - 5 hours.

The best part is she is more interactive now!! She smiles and "talks"all the time. She rolled over for the first time on Monday! She loves to play with her toys.... she has a little frog that signs and lights up and she gets excited when I just hold him up. We try to capture these things on video to share with everyone but the baby is a little camera shy. She can be talking up a storm and as soon as I get the camera out - silence. It is so funny so it has become my mission catch her when she does not know I have it.

Weekend Fun

We had a GREAT WEEKEND! This was Jay's first weekend off in a month so it was great for Jay to get some much needed rest. Mimi and Granddad were here end of the week on their way to KY. Julia had so much fun playing with Mimi Thursday and Friday! Then Uncle Bailey came to town and was so nice spending time with him. Amanda was in Mississippi dress shopping and she found a dress. I'm going to Graceland, Graceland... Memphis Tennessee

I had a work meeting in Memphis last week. My mom was so sweet to come up and go with me so we could take Julia (just not ready to leaver her overnight yet). We had a great time going out to eat, swimming (first time) and hanging out. On Saturday we went to Graceland!!! If you have never been, you should definitely go. Julia wearing her "I Love Exogen" bib when she was meeting the people I work with. Exogen is the bone stimulator we sell.

To Mimi's House we go....

Julia and I went to visit my parents down at the river when we had a week in between houses. I was exhausted after moving all of our belongings into a POD and to my friend Jacys house so I knew I needed a few days of rest.. before round 2 began. This was Julia's first visit to Mobile so she had lots of very important people to meet. We spent one afternoon with Jays grandparents, Aunt Faye and Barbara and cousin Claire. Julia had such a great time and loved getting to spend some time with the family!

And of course we had to see Uncle Buck!! Bailey and Amanda came to see her one night!

We are back... and in a new HOUSE!

Sorry it has been so long since our last post. It has been very hectic in the savage household. Since our last post, we sold our house, packed up our old house in a POD, where homeless for a week (well kind of), and moved into our new house. We are finally settled in and enjoying having so much room. Even Lexi is so happy bc she loves her new deck and huge yard. I have lots to post of our last month so stay tuned.

Julia has changed so much over the last month. She is just a smiling and still the happiest baby. She is also sleeping through the night which is wonderful! Here are a few pictures of her during the move!
